Computer Repair:

We rarely work on computers at the site of the customer as the necessary troubleshooting processes take HOURS. There can be MANY things wrong with a computer and full troubleshooting could take more than a day (eg. Memory tests can take 24 hours themselves) Any technician that offers to come to your home and "troubleshoot" your computer is just a "quick dollar, quick fix" technician that is most LIKELY NOT actually fixing your problem.

Entire pickup and delivery fee will be waived when three or more computers are picked up from any particular town on the same trip. Normal pickup times will be 5:30 pm Monday-Friday on the days listed above.

Network Design/Implementation:
We do ONSITE network setup/troubleshooting and we design networks that use Active Directory (Domain Setup)and workgroup networks.

We ALSO make router configurations that will allow the household to play each other using games that require network communications.

We ALSO secure wireless networks. You would be amazed at some of the networks that I have seen that were not secured in this area. A non-secured network is a risk to your finances and information . A non-secured wireless/wired network can allow a cracker/hacker to spoof a website and make you think you are paying/transferring money online but in fact you could be accessing his website replication of the site that is legitimate and thus giving him FULL access to your credit card information. <<This is NOT a joke>>

Website Design:
We Create websites (both personal and business).
SQL Programming - We do SQL programming for Dynamic Website creation (MySQL or MSSQL)
PHP Programming - We do PHP programming for Dynamic Website creation
Apache - Apache is a web server like IIS (Windows) BUT it is FREE, we will set Apache up SECURELY.
FTP - FileZilla, BulletProof FTP and etc., we will set them up to allow remote transfer of files SECURELY.

Data Recovery:
We recover lost/ deleted files

Monitoring:
We set up programs to monitor computers (hardware and software)

Remote Camera Installation:
We setup IP based cameras for remote viewing of office/home.

Graphic Design:
We create personalized graphics, logos, business cards, letterhead, and much, much more.
